We, as humans have a great privilege, we have emotions
They play a huge role and have great power in our lives and it’s important to understand the essence of them.
Emotions are our signaling system. If they have arised,
it means something has not reached the level of
Self-perception plays a huge role in our lives, so it should not be overlooked.
It is how we define and accept ourselves, it affects how we communicate with people, how we accomplish goals, and develop.
Healthy self-esteem is an adequate assessment of our own abilities and limitations.
Unfortunately often we experience two extremes - either self-blame or self-conceit.
You are probably familiar with a situation where: you need to do something, but you don’t want to do anything. We usually call it laziness.
Your inner voice is saying: "I must get up" I must do that ..." But there is no strength to get up, or do something.
You feel apathy and weakness.
Of course, we can force ourselves to do things, but it would be a violation of your subconscious comfort.
Everyone knows that weight very well decreases with stress.
Most often, you lose weight during a diet and exercise, because it is stress for you .
Such weight loss will inevitably lead to an even greater weight gain.
Basically, all known weight loss methods are built on the effect on the body and/or implementing a new vision (affirmation, meditation, hypnoses, etc).
We think that any changes in the body at the beginning have a definite reason.
It is how we define and accept ourselves,
it affects how we communicate with people,how we accomplish goals, and develop.
Where does self-esteem come from?
Today I want to talk about the
most important aspects of working with the subconscious mind - this is the healing of
incidents from the past.
Why in life something doesn’t
turn out the way a person wish?
The answer may seem obvious: because he does not have the skills, beliefs, faith in himself or some other qualities.
In fact this is only partially true.
Let’s take a deeper look at the issue.
